Aquacize with Carol Bouchard

Aquacize is enjoyable low-impact movement to great music that helps maintain muscle strength and flexibility.  Low-impact exercise causes less stress to joints and muscles and still promotes cardiovascular endurance.  This class is open to all ages and to anyone who loves the water!
