General Schedule for Saturday, June 23
• 8:30 AM - Registration opening (coffee and muffins will be served
until 10:30AM)
• 9:00 AM -Tour of New-Earth Organic Farm and Meet the Farmers:
• 10:30 AM- Shiitake mushroom production demonstration
• 10:30 AM – Introduction to Aquaponic
• 11:00 AM- Workshop: “How to Make an Easy Fresh Pesto with Wild Herbs”
• 12:00 PM - Luncheon buffet (Non-Alcoholic Refreshments and
Local Goodies Tasting Buffet $10/adult- kids eat free)
