Comedy Night

Northern Human Services, Vershire Center is announcing an evening of laughter and generosity at the Comedy Night Fundraiser! On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, the American Legion Post 47 in Canaan, VT, will be filled with the spirit of community and the joy of giving. The event kicks off at 5 PM with a happy hour to warm up the crowd, followed by a delightful dinner buffet will be provided at 6 PM. The highlight of the night will be performances by three outstanding comedians, guaranteed to bring the house down with their wit and humor. Featuring the talents of Mark Scalia, EJ Murphy and Rob Steen. Throughout the evening, from 5 to 7:30 PM, attendees can participate in a silent auction featuring an array of exciting items. Plus, don't miss the chance to win big in our 50/50 raffle during the intermission. All proceeds from this heartwarming event will go towards enriching the lives of individuals in our community with intellectual disabilities. Your support will help fund life-enhancing experiences and trips to the Living Shores Aquarium, ball games, arts and crafts, and many other activities. At Northern Human Services, we are dedicated to our mission of assisting individuals affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and related disorders in living more meaningful lives.
